On this page, you can check your regular class reservations, reservation details, cancellations, lesson count, coupons, announcements from the studio, and more, all in one place.
In principle, reservation details will now be checked through the Member Card Page. Please bookmark your Member Card Page or add it to your smartphone’s home screen for easy access.

About Your Member Card URL
The email sent to you after member registration includes your personal Member Card URL. When you open this URL, your own Member Card Page will be displayed.
Your Member Card URL is a personal URL that also serves as a form of identity confirmation. Please do not forward it to others or share it publicly on social media or elsewhere.
How to Add the Member Card Page to Your Smartphone Home Screen
It is convenient to add your Member Card Page to your smartphone’s home screen. From next time, you can open it like an app without searching for the email.
For iPhone
- Open your Member Card Page on your iPhone.
- Tap the share button at the bottom of the screen.
It is the icon with an upward arrow coming out of a square. - Select “Add to Home Screen.”
- Check the name, then tap “Add.”
For Android
- Open your Member Card Page on your Android smartphone.
- Tap the menu in the upper right corner of the screen.
In many cases, this is the icon with three vertical dots. - Select “Add to Home screen” or “Install app.”
- Check the name, then tap “Add.”
The wording may vary slightly depending on your smartphone model or browser. If you are unsure, please ask us at the studio.
How to Reserve a Regular Class
- Open your Member Card Page.
- Tap the “Reserve a Regular Class” button.
- Select your preferred date and time from the displayed schedule.
When reserving from the Member Card Page, you do not need to enter your name, email address, member number, and other details each time. You can reserve easily by simply choosing a date and time.
How to Check Your Current Regular Class Reservations
After making a reservation, please check the “Current Regular Class Reservations” section on your Member Card Page. If your reservation has been completed, the details, class date, time slot, reception status, and other information will be displayed.
If you wonder, “Did my reservation go through?”, please open your Member Card Page first instead of searching through your emails.
How to Cancel a Reservation
- Check the “Current Regular Class Reservations” section on your Member Card Page.
- Tap the “Cancel This Reservation” button near the reservation you wish to cancel.
- Review the confirmation screen, then complete the cancellation.
Once the cancellation is completed, the reservation display on your Member Card Page will also be updated.
Cancellations made within 24 hours before the class start time are subject to the use of one lesson count, or a cancellation fee of 100%.
About Your Lesson Count
On the Member Card Page, you can check your current regular class lesson count. When you attend a regular class and your attendance is processed, your lesson count will be added.
If the number on your paper lesson card and the number shown in the system are different, the studio will check it and make corrections if necessary. If you notice anything that concerns you, please let us know.
About the Payment Guide
A payment guide may be displayed on your Member Card Page. Please check the displayed information and consult with us when making payment at the studio.
If anything about the displayed information is unclear, please ask the staff on the day of your visit.
About Coupons
If you have an available coupon, it will be displayed on your Member Card Page. For example, during your birthday month, eligible members will see a birthday coupon.
The birthday coupon is a 300 yen discount coupon that can be used once during your birthday month for purchases of 500 yen or more, including tax, at the Hitotsuya studio and shop. It cannot be used for online purchases through our EC shops or other online sales channels.
To use the coupon, please show the coupon screen on your Member Card Page at the shop.
About Announcements from the Studio
Announcements such as class cancellations, temporary notices, special workshops, and information for members may be posted on the Member Card Page.
Some announcements may be posted on the Member Card Page instead of being sent by email. Please check it before making a reservation or visiting the studio.
About the Latest Blog Posts
The Member Card Page also displays the latest Hitotsuya blog posts. We share posts about our classes, natural dyeing, handweaving, farm work, material making, and more.
If You Lose Your Member Card URL
If you lose your Member Card URL, please use the “Resend Member Card URL” page.
Please enter the following information on the resend page.
- Your name
- Your nickname
- Your registered email address
- The last 4 digits of your phone number
If the information you enter matches the information in the member register, your Member Card URL will be resent to your registered email address. For security reasons, the Member Card URL will not be displayed on the screen.
If you do not receive the email, please also check your spam folder. If the information entered does not match, the Member Card URL cannot be resent. Please check your name, nickname, registered email address, and the last 4 digits of your phone number.
If you still cannot find it, please contact the studio.
If You Cannot Open the Member Card Page
If you cannot open your Member Card Page, please check the following points.
- Are you opening the full Member Card URL without cutting it off midway?
- Are you using the latest Member Card URL, not an old email?
- Is there any problem with your smartphone or browser connection?
If you still cannot open it, please contact the studio. When contacting us, please tell us your name and, if you know it, your member number.
Our Request
The Member Card Page is an important page for members to check their own reservations and lesson status. Going forward, Hitotsuya will reduce email notifications such as reservation completion emails as much as possible and shift toward a system where members check information through the Member Card Page.
Please add your Member Card Page to your smartphone’s home screen or bookmark it so that you can check it whenever needed.
