伝統的な方法で布を染めてみました。型糊をしてから墨染めをし、さらに藍で染めています。まだ改良点はありますが、とても深みのある色に染まりました。ワークショップでも染め方をレクチャーさせていただきますので、ご興味のある草木染教室の受講生の方は声をかけてください！

I tried to dye the cloth in the Japanese traditional way. After dyeing with traditional Japanese ink, it is further dyed with indigo. There are still improvements to be made, but it has a very deep color. I will give a lecture on how to dye at the workshop, so if you are interested, please let me know!

我試著用日本傳統的方式給布料染色。 用墨水染色後，再用靛藍染色。還有待改進，但顏色很深很好。我將在工作坊上講授如何染色，所以如果您有興趣，請告訴我！

都会 ⇄ 山里のデュアルライフ(二拠点生活)にも少し慣れてきたので、そろそろ本格的な作品づくりに取り掛かろうと思っています。まずは型染です。以前に考えた「花蝙蝠（はなこうもり）」の図案を型紙にしました。なんとなく不気味で忌み嫌われる蝙蝠ですが、中国では「蝠」が「福」と同音ということで吉祥紋様として用いられてきました。日本でも江戸時代には当時のファッションリーダーである歌舞伎役者の影響で大流行したそうです。また沖縄（琉球）の紅型にも、蝙蝠模様が見られます。ひとつ屋ではTシャツにしようと思っています。お楽しみに！

I’m getting used to the dual life of going back and forth between the city and the countryside, so I’m thinking about making a full-scale works. Now I am planning traditional Japanese stencil dyeing with indigo. First, I will cut the “” design I had previously considered into a dyeing pattern. Bats are eerie and disliked, but have been used as auspicious patterns in China. It seems that the design of bats became very popular in Japan around the 18th century due to the influence of Kabuki actors who were fashion leaders at that time. We can also see bat patterns on traditional dyed products in Okinawa (Ryukyu). I will make a T-shirt with this design. Please look forward to!
