前回のブログで、以前にタイで購入したチーク材のレリーフについて書きました。
I wrote about wood carving that was purchased in Thailand in the last this blog.
このレリーフがかかっているのは、ワークショップを開催するためのスペース。天井には、製作中の作品を掛けたり干したりするための天蓋があります。ところが、実はまだ作りかけでした。というのも、桟を支える部分が仮の金具でした。
This wood carving is located in the wall of the workshop. The workshop has a canopy for hanging out the textiles during fabrication. But it is still in production. Part to support the crosspiece was the temporary brackets.
これでは、あまりに味気ないので、レリーフのデザインを参考に、こんな金具を作りました。
So I made this brackets. I had made it referring to the wood carving of Thailand.
そして、仮金具と取り替えました。
And it was changed with a temporary brackets.
木のレリーフとマッチして、とても、いい感じです！
Wood and iron in harmony is totally cool！
