昨年の夏、枯らしてしまった日本茜。気温が40度にもなり、西日の当たる大阪の圃場では、栽培に無理があるのかなと思っていました。ところが、最近になって畑の隅、ブロックの隙間から、その姿を見せてくれています これを涼しい伊賀（三重県）の農場に移植して増やし、来年は専用の畑を作ることにします。まさに！ 再出発です。日本の伝統色の再現を楽しみにしていてください！
In last summer, I had died the Japanese madder （※Japanese madder is an ancient Japanese dye plant for red. But now it’s about to cease.）. The reason is that the field where this is cultivated has a temperature of 40 degrees Celsius in summer, which is not suitable for cultivating Japanese madder in the west sun.
