先日にも書きましたが、最近「キャンプ用品を考えてほしい！」という依頼が結構あります。そこで考えたのが、この焚き火台。せっかくなら、ひとつ屋らしいものにしたい！と、側面のパーツに日本の伝統模様である『七宝文様』を用いたり、何となく火鉢を思わせるフォルムにしたりしてみました。オールステンレス製なのでサビや熱にも強く、パーツを変えることで焚火だけでなく、BBQや鉄板焼き、羽釜でご飯を炊いたり、オーブン料理を楽しんだり—と、さまざまな炎を楽しむことができます。将来は、キャンプ場で草木染を楽しめるようなキットも考えたいと思っています。実は、これが試作第一弾。次は改良バージョンも考えています。ぜひ！楽しみにしていてください。
As I wrote the other day, there have been many requests recently, “we want you to think about camping equipment!” So I thought about this bonfire. I want to make it unique to us! I tried to use traditional Japanese patterns for the parts on the side, and somehow made it look like a brazier. Since it is made of all stainless steel, it is resistant to rust and heat, and by changing the parts, you can enjoy various flames such as BBQ, teppanyaki, cooking rice in a feather kettle, and enjoying oven cooking. In the future, I would like to consider a kit that allows you to enjoy plant dyeing at the campsite. In fact, this is the first prototype. Next, I’m thinking of an improved version.
