藍の育て方⑤「施肥と土寄せ」
前回のブログ（藍の育て方④「畑への定植」）では、育苗箱で育てた藍を圃場に定植する方法を紹介しました。あれから2週間、藍は急激に生長を始めます。そこで今回は、その後の管理方法を紹介ます。
▼ 5月10日、育苗箱から圃場に定植したばかりの藍。
▼ 2週間後、藍は急激に生長を始めます。そこで、株元に肥料（油粕など）をやって土寄せします。
▼ 土寄せすた藍の株。株元に思い切ってたっぷりと土を寄せてください。これで様子をみます。

The Japanese indigo growth is not good in our field this year. In the usual year, the indigo height is about 20 cm, and we are starting to plant in the fields. However, the true leaves of our indigo have just begun to appear in this year. Moreover, the germination rate was very poor, about 50%. It’s strange. But I will do my best to grow it!
